Andrea Borghini is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Milan. He is a co-founder and the director of Culinary Mind, international network promoting philosophical thinking on food. Andrea’s work develops new theoretical tools to rethink how we speak, structure, sense, and feel about food, eating, and culinary culture. Some recent publications include Food, Philosophy, and Intellectual Property Rights (with E. Bonadio, Routledge, 2024) and Gastrospaces: A Philosophical Study of Where We Eat (with M. Bonotti, N. Piras, and B. Serini, Routledge, 2025).
