Giuseppe Primiero is Associate Professor with the Logic, Uncertainty, Computation and Information Group (luci.unimi.it) in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Milan, Italy. He acts as Scientific Director for PHILTECH@UNIMI.
He is also Visiting Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Middlesex University London (UK) and Visiting Fellow of the Philosophy of Computing Research Group at the International Center for Formal Ontology at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Giuseppe works in the formal modeling and verification of multi-agent systems. His preferred tools are proof-systems, modal and computational logics. Giuseppe’s formal research is applied to AI systems and their deployment for resolving issues of misinformation and disinformation online, as well as computable approaches to the evaluation of trustworthiness of information sources, bias and fairness.
